Cornish Keepers got in touch with me as it prepared to launch an exciting new venture.

After years running a cleaning company preparing luxury holiday homes in Cornwall for rent, founder Jessica was launching her own property management and letting service for high-end houses in the popular tourist destination. She wanted help with finding her brand’s voice and bringing it to life in her website copy.

As both a holiday property management and letting company, the website needed two different ‘shop fronts’ to speak to these two different target audiences: holidaymakers and property owners.

We devised two cohesive but subtly different tones of voice. Upbeat and luxurious for the holidaymakers, reassuring and calm for the property owners.

Jessica’s company is currently the only one in Cornwall using all natural cleaning products amongst a raft of other sustainability measures. This was just a small note Jessica put in her briefing document, but we expanded it out as one of the most unique and interesting selling points of the brand.

Jessica faces competition from other businesses in the area, so we made sure our copy stood out for all the right reasons.

We used rich, plush language to really sell that luxury getaway feeling without being overly poetic or verbose. It’s succinct, warm, personal and unique to Jessica and her new business.
